Progress with regard to the examination of registered claims
Due to the progress made with regard to the examination of registered claims, the liquidator applied to the Princely Court of Justice in Vaduz (bankruptcy court) for another continuation of the General Review Hearing. The liquidator expects that at this hearing they will be able to make a declaration to the bankruptcy court about the correctness and order of precedence of about 200 of the approximately 360 currently registered claims that have not yet been (completely) examined. On the dates of the General Review Hearing of December 2018, September 2020, December 2021 and May 2023 the liquidator has so far made a declaration in respect of 13,442 registered claims.
Creditors of the bankrupt company may continue to register their claims with the liquidator prior to the completion of the General Review Hearing without detrimental effects.
